Update of the works at Haverfield Gardens
Welcome to our Autumn Newsletter
Although it’s been a while since we last posted an update, we are pleased to let you know that work at the Haverfield Gardens site is progressing well.
The main phase of works have finished, these include completion of the external super-structure, mechanical and electrical first fixes, and drylining. The internal phases are now underway, such as plastering and ensuring a fully water and airtight envelope is achieved by the end of the year.

We would particularly like to extend our thanks for the cooperation during the times when we have made deliveries of materials to the site. We highly value our ongoing and supportive working relationship with the Haverfield Gardens community.
We expect to be finished on the project by the 2nd quarter of 2026. We have maintained high levels of health and safety throughout the duration of the works to date, which is a foremost priority.
Our next Newsletter will be posted before the break for Christmas, where we will update with our closing the site times over the Christmas holidays.
