Update of the works at Haverfield Gardens
The works at Haverfield Gardens have progressed well over the course of last year, with the sub-structure works finished by the end of the summer in 2024. We thank all neighbours for their support during that time when there were deliveries to the site.
As you may have noticed, we have moved our container office to the site, so that our team are always on hand to monitor progress.
Current works have reached the roof levels for all the houses. The next phase of works is the first fix mechanical and electrical work, which is due to begin at the end of January.
Our overall expected completion date will be towards the end of 2025.
Modern methods of construction chosen
Kisiel Ltd have opted for a construction design that utilises a Light Gauge steel frame technology. This was selected for its reduction in volume of materials delivery to site, and additional environmental and sustainable credentials.
Thank you for your cooperation in reporting the burglary to the police over the Christmas holidays
We would like to extend our thanks for the timely cooperation and action of the neighbours who reported the burglary of the site to the local police over the Christmas holidays. We are very fortunate for this help. Although we have not recovered the stolen items, it is great to know that there is a dependable team spirit and unity within the Haverfield Gardens neighbourhood community. This is highly valued in Kisiel’s continued working relationship with you.
