Construction Management Plan
Thank you very much for your time in responding to our request for your comments and feedback for Kisiel’s Construction Management Plan.
Your cooperation has given us a clear idea of the collective concerns in advance of works commencing. We have updated and revised our Construction Management Plan (CMP) to take account of each reasonable and feasible concern.
This CMP has now been submitted to the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames (LBRuT).
NOTICE OF WORKS
Commencement of Works Date: 02/04/2024
We are hereby giving 2 weeks’ notice that the building works will begin on 02/04/2024.
This means that the site will be closed for all access from 02/04/2024.
Please note: We have kept the site open until this Notice to allow additional time for some residents who requested we delay closing the site; and for finalising our Construction Management Plan.
Site Set-up
Kisiel Ltd will be setting up the site before commencement of works. The main pre-construction set up will be hoarding and tree protection.
Future Newsletters
We have created a new website where all future newsletters will be posted. In line with being environmentally conscious, this is the last hand-delivered newsletter.
