Introduction
Kisiel Ltd were pleased to be appointed as the main contractor on 29th January by Rockhold Ltd, a well-respected development company. We will be constructing five new quality houses which upon completion will be handed back to Rockhold Ltd.
First stage
Kisiel Ltd will be managing the site during construction and we are currently setting up our mobile offices. On 02/02/2024, during the delivery of a container office to the construction site, we heard a few concerns from the residents, which demonstrated that future deliveries need to be coordinated with the neighbours ahead.
In light of these recent events, we decided to cancel the second container office delivery on Friday and postpone it to 05/02/2024 (Monday), between 12 and 2pm. This adjustment is made to provide you with more notice and to minimise inconvenience to our neighbours.
We kindly request your cooperation during this time, especially with regard to parking. It would be greatly appreciated if cars could be parked close to the kerb to facilitate the smooth passage of the delivery vehicle during this time. This proactive measure will contribute to a less disruptive delivery process. On Friday, we had a certified traffic marshall ensuring the safe access of the delivery vehicle. This will be our normal practice in the future.
Construction Management Plan
The process for future deliveries is outlined based on a Construction Management Plan (CMP) which was submitted by a third party for Rockhold Ltd with the planning application. This was subsequently approved by Richmond Council. You can view the document at:
